Hi..!!! My name is Uchit.
At present, I'm working as a Sr. Cloud Consultant as well as Trainer in Ahmedabad, India since 2011. Before that, I was working as a Network Engineer at HB Computers in same city for one year, and before that, I spent couple of months as an Operation Management Engineer at the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). The organization where I currently work is IT based company, but be warned that for privacy reasons, all my stories concerning the cloud computing may have names, places, and identifying features omitted or changed.
I went through the University for Engineering where I completed my B.Tech (Computer Science) in 2011. A long time ago, I used to go for career certification courses (CCNA, VSP & RHCE) at an institution for IT which is cool. I have done all with on September 11, 2010. Those were the days of great learning.
My core expertise areas are Research & Development on Cloud Computing, Continuous Delivery, Liferay Portal, Alfresco CMS, and other Open Source technologies like Puppet, Chef, Version Control System, Jenkins/ Cruise Control, Hadoop, Big Data, etc.
That's enough of talking about myself in the third person.
I can say about myself that I have always swung back and forth between alienation and relatedness. As a child, I would run away from the beatings, from the obscene words, and always knew that if I could run far enough, then any leaf, any insect, any bird, any breeze could bring me to my true home. I knew I did not belong among people.
Sometimes I feel as though there are two me's, one coasting directly on top of the other: the superficial me, who nods when he's supposed to nod and says what he's supposed to say, and some other, deeper part, the part that worries and dreams... Most of the time they move along in sync and I hardly notice the split, but sometimes it feels as though I'm two whole different people and I could rip apart at any second. So I can say that "I am the perfect version of me."
The Cloud Magic World is an online blog and Website that I started October 2011 during my last year of Engineering School, because I felt like the computer education process had sapped every last drop of creative energy from my being. Writing a blog, or an online journal (as they were called at the time) was at least one step up from making elaborate, multi-colored study guides that I would never use again...but a very small step. Unfortunately, what no one ever told me was that after the first year of engineering school, no one will ever expect you to know the cloud technology again. So, to all future and present IT students, consider yourself one step ahead.
This Website is called "Cloud Magic World" because that's where I used to hide my thoughts back when I didn't know any better. Unfortunately, this name also attracts a lot of tech-seeking web surfers. Hello, tech aficionados!
Still have question marks in your eyes? Check out the blog for some answers.Anyone can connect me on my linkedIn profile. You can also e-mail me, but don't be sad if I don't e-mail back. I love hearing from readers but am very, very bad about returning correspondence. So please consider this an apology in advance.
